01 · The problem
The client was losing customers between browsing and checkout — too many steps, no clear booking window, weak trust on the payment page.
02 · The approach
Flattened the booking flow to three steps, introduced a persistent basket summary, and redesigned the payment stage to feel secure without shouting about it.
03 · The outcome
Mobile checkout is the default path now, abandoned carts dropped, and the support team stopped fielding "where is the book button" questions.
