1. Agreement to Terms

By using DigiTaj Agency's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients.

2. Services

DigiTaj Agency provides web design, SEO optimization, digital marketing, branding, and related digital services. Service scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in individual project proposals or through our pricing calculator.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Prices listed in USD are final at time of purchase.
• Refunds are available within 7 days if work has not yet commenced.
• Once work has begun, partial refunds may be issued based on work completed.
• Digital products (templates, strategies, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to custom work created for their project (logos, websites, designs). DigiTaj Agency retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and required materials on time.
• Provide feedback within agreed review periods.
• Ensure you have rights to any content you provide (images, text, logos).

6. Limitation of Liability

DigiTaj Agency's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
